2023-02-03: ORDER AND REASONS: For the reasons set forth above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the 49 Motion for Summary Judgment of Plaintiff, filed by Barry Sewell196 is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The Motion is DENIED to the extent that Sewell seeks summary judgment on his request for attorney's fees under La. R.S. 9:2781. The Motion is otherwise GRANTED and Sewell is entitled to judgment as a matter of law on its breach of contract claim against SBPG. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Sewell shall have ten (10) days from the date of this Order to provide the Court with a proposed final judgment that is commensurate with this Order.
