IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Chief Corcoran's Motion To Dismiss Pursuant To Rule 12(b)(6), originally appearing as Doc. 10 in Civil Action21-cv-00423-BAJ-EWD, is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Sheriff Gautreaux's Motion to Dismiss, originally appearing as Doc. 11 in Civil Action 21-cv-00423-BAJ-EWD, is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Governor Edwards's Motion To Dismiss, originally appearing as Doc. 13 in Civil Action 21-cv-00423-BAJ-EWD, be GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all federal claims set forth in Civil Actions 20-cv-00282-BAJ-EWD and 21-cv-00423-BAJ-EWD be and are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over any state law claims set forth in Civil Actions 20-cv-00282-BAJ-EWD and 21-cv-00423-BAJ-EWD and that all such state law claims are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367(c).
