2023-02-05: ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the accompanying Order, the Court GRANTS the parties' joint motion to approve the parties' proposed settlement, as required by Cheeks v. Freeport Pancake House, Inc., 796 F.3d 199 (2d Cir. 2015). See ECF No. 31. The Court therefore accepts the parties' stipulation of voluntary dismissal, see ECF No. 31-1, and dismisses Plaintiffs' claims with prejudice.
